Jesper Melin

Jesper “Captain J” is the founder of Coaches Don’t Play and the creator of the Way of the Father and Way of the Viking programs. A lifelong entrepreneur and coach, he has guided people through challenge and change across business and personal life. After surviving a violent home invasion that forced him to leave his country and rebuild from nothing, he turned his experience into a mission of clarity, resilience and truth. At the retreat, Captain J brings structure and fire, helping participants cut through lies, reclaim strength and return with purpose.

Michelle Wallden

Michelle holds a Master’s in pedagogy, didactics and language, and has more than 15 years’ experience in leadership and project management. She has always carried a deep passion for human behaviour - especially how emotions and the nervous system shape women’s lives. She has in recent years dedicated her focus to exactly this. At the retreat, Michelle brings both structure and empathy, guiding participants to understand their own wiring, hormones & cycles and emotions, to turn that insight into clarity, peace and practical growth.

Kirill Grecul

Kiril is a former Special ops military, with more than 10 years of military experience, as well as an expert in skydiving and tactical training. His career built a foundation of precision, discipline and resilience. Over the years, he developed a strong passion for health, nutrition and supplementation, dedicating himself to studying how the body can be fueled and trained for peak performance. At the retreat, Kiril brings military clarity and practical knowledge, helping participants build strength, energy and sustainable habits for a healthier life.

Barbara

Barbara de Blok is a beauty and wellness professional with a background in skincare, nutrition and healthy living. With experience as a sales agent in eyewear frames and as a recruiter in the Netherlands, she combines commercial expertise with a passion for connecting people. Sporty, caring and trained in NLP, Barbara brings warmth, energy and a genuine drive for personal growth to everything she does. She’s one of the organizers of the retreat and will be your host during this transformational week.

Sanna Trollstierna

Sanna has an education in videography and editing and more than 5 years of experience in film and content creation. Behind the camera, she captures stories with a genuine and natural touch, making participants feel safe and seen. At the retreat, Sanna documents each step of the journey and turns moments into lasting memories, creating films and visuals that reflect both the experience and the personal growth of the participants.

Igor Lirisman

Igor is an educated sports masseur with a background in karate, bringing both technical skill and a deep understanding of the body in motion. His work combines precision with care, helping people release tension, recover faster and feel stronger. At the retreat, Igor supports participants with professional massage and bodywork, ensuring they gain both relaxation and renewed energy throughout their journey.

1. Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is built for people who know they can’t keep running on autopilot, and are ready to do something about it. Whether you carry the weight of leadership, feel stuck in old patterns, or simply sense that life is asking more from you, this is where you reset. You don’t need to arrive fit, clear, or prepared, that’s what we do together. Every session, from training to coaching, is guided and adapted so you can meet the challenge at your level, while still being pushed further than you’d go alone.

If you’re ready to stop coping and start leading yourself again, this is for you.

2. What can I expect from the program?

You can expect a carefully balanced mix of guided workshops, reflective practices, physical wellbeing activities, shared meals, and quiet time. The program is designed to help you slow down, gain clarity, and recharge both body and mind.

3. Do I have to participate in every session?

No. Participation is encouraged but never forced. Everyone has different needs, and you are free to listen to your own rhythm. This is your reset, you decide how deep you want to go.

6. Will there be internet or phone access?

Yes. This retreat is yours. Although we promote documentation, focus is reset, not social media

7. How private is the retreat?

Confidentiality is one of our house rules. What is shared in the group stays in the group. We create a safe space where everyone can be authentic without judgment.

8. What should I pack?

1. Comfortable clothing for workshops, training, yoga, and relaxation, evening wear (leave the high heels, you won’t want to use them)

2. Swimwear for the pool and beach (if nearby)

3. Personal toiletries and any necessary medication (Detailed packing list will be sent after registration.)

9. How do I prepare before arriving?

There’s no need to plan much in advance. You’ll receive a short form to share your goals and preferences, and we’ll also schedule a call together before the retreat so you feel fully supported. We simply recommend lightening your schedule a little beforehand, so you can arrive relaxed and ready.

10. What happens after the retreat?

Your reset doesn’t end on Nov 2. You’ll leave with a plan, a check-in call, and entry into our Lighthouse community for accountability, Q&A, and continued practice.
